Potential Zone is an educational organization providing homeschooling support, microschool programs, tutoring, and related educational services. Our mission is to create a supportive, customized learning environment for students of all ages.

You must be at least 18 years old to register for our Services, or be a parent/guardian registering on behalf of a minor student. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

When you register for our Services, you agree to:

We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use if you fail to follow these requirements.

• Payment for Services is due in accordance with our posted rates or agreed-upon arrangements.
   
• We may offer sibling discounts, promotional rates, or early enrollment pricing, as stated in our policies.
   
• Refund eligibility varies by program and will be stated in the enrollment agreement.
   

You agree not to:

• Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
   
• Share inappropriate, harmful, or offensive material
   
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
   
• Disrupt or interfere with the security or functionality of our Services
   

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

All content provided through Potential Zone, including logos, text, graphics, videos, lesson plans, and materials, is the property of Potential Zone or our content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
